Refs #2426. re-introduce previous OSD method of showing recordings. now you can choice which 
way you prefer. option to choice which way to access 
recordings during a show, is placed in Playback Settings (page 2).
also fix a typo with the EndOfRecordingPrompt check in tv_play.cpp and NuppelVideoPlayer.cpp
