Comment:

 You hypothesis is incorrect. You should have spent your time describing
 the problem you see rather than offering a bogus explanation. For
 instance, are all upcoming episodes marked as rsWillRecord? Or, does the
 second only get marked to record after the first recording finishes? does
 record.findid have a value?
