 just got mytharchive working. tried using the internal player to view the
 iso. failed to get into the dvd menu. found out that mytharchive uses the
 dvd title menu option and not the dvd root menu option.
 so thought that it would be a good idea to try the dvd title menu option
 if the dvd root menu call fails. perhaps some other dvds do the same.
