Comment:

 (In [10089]) Fixes #1757. Turns off streaming before switching inputs so
 that we can switch inputs on the plextor convertx.

 This disables and renables streaming on any V4L2 recorder before and after
 the input switch which doesn't seem to have any adverse effect on any
 other V4L2 recorder I have access too...
