Comment:

 (In [10010]) Fixes #1445. Makes the English in the "save?" prompt in
 mythcontrols key editor on exit a little more clear.

 The ticket complains about not having a 'Do not exit' key, but I think
 this would actually be worse UI wise after looking at this.
