Log:

Fixes #1589. Adds three new DirectTV set top boxes to the DirectTV channel changing script w/patch from Stacey Son.

The new boxes added are:
* LG LSS-3200A
* Sony SAT-HD300
* Hughes HTL-HD HDTV DirecTV

This also adds a command to enable and disable IR control of the boxes, but this command is only verified to work with the new boxes.
