 Support for BBC HD test mux on Crystal Palace TX.

 Myth can currently record the streams with a suitable
 dvb-t card. Playback is currently impossible due to
 lack of support in ffmpeg libs.

 Sample stream has been forwarded to upstream ffmpeg
 developers for analysis.
