 http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-23.html#ss23.15 shows this command
 for changing the hostname:

 $ cat mythtv_backup.sql | sed s/\'frontend1\'/\'kidsroom\'/ >>
 mythtv_restore.sql

 But with mysql 5, you have to use:

 $ cat mythtv_backup.sql | sed s/\'frontend1\'/\'kidsroom\'/g >>
 mythtv_restore.sql
