Log:

This fixes a fast forward problem David Engel is seeing, where bits of audio get played when they shouldn't.

The fix for XvMC fast forwarding was to not do videoOutput resets when we didn't need them, but we still need to reset the audio, subtitles, etc. This commit adds back the resets of this other stuff.
