 The inversion_fix.patch fixes several problems with the inversion
 parameter.

 Inversion is not only an DVB-T parameter (insert_dtv_multiplex() part).
 Defaults inversion to auto for multiplex from *DeliverySystemDescriptor.
 exists_dtv_multiplex() returns true if multiplexes differ only in
 inversion.

 This fixes also the double inserts for DVB-T.


 The broken channel names are fixed by the sdt.patch.
