 If I enable timestretch on my Athlon64 with svn version 9376 or later, the
 sound is choppy.  Kinda like someone tapping their fingers over their
 mouth as they speak.

 If I revert the libmythsoundtouch portion of changeset 9376, then the
 problem goes away.
