Comment:

 After intensive testing I found that a dvb tuning delay of 200ms is the
 optimal value for my cinergyT2 device. Had no unsuccessful tunings or
 freezes anymore.

 Using other values (1000, 500, 300, 0) made more trouble:

 Either

  - tuning was unsuccessful (partial lock) but successful after switing to
 another channel (as in 0.19)

 or

  - livetv freezes, osd fades away leaving an empty screen, ending up with
 an "error during video display".

 I'll attach the backend logs "-v channel".
