Log:

Put the ~realtime comflagging on a seven second delay. The three
second delay can be close enough to trigger rebuffering messages
and on a couple occasions caused the flagger to exit prematurely.
I haven't seen any such messages yet at 7sec. This can be tweaked
again if these problems persist in other environments.
