 Attached a patch that fixes a possible problem with displaying
 doubleheighted characters. (hopefully)

 Also adds Teletext keybindings. You have to delete the "TV Playback"
 keybindings for MENURED, MENUGREEN, MENUYELLOW, MENUBLUE, MENUWHITE and
 REVEAL as they are not used anymore.
