Log:

Workaround for the infamous KickDatabase problem that was
re-introduced into the scheduler with the speculative scheduler
feature.  If the scheduler was idle for an extended period of time, it
could lose its database connection because the automatic reconnect
logic was being bypassed by keeping a copy of the MSqlQueryInfo
object.
