Comment:

 (In [10313]) Add big clock display to LCD. Based on patch from Robin
 Gilks.

 Notes:
 - There is a new setting on the LCD settings page. By default it is turned
 off.
 - Not all lcd drivers can display bugnums. There is better bignum support
 in the
   new lcdproc-0.5.0 release.
 - Some 2 line displays currently can't display bignums. There is a patch
 available
   by Robin that adds bignum to the hd47780 driver for 2 line displays.

 Also cleans up lots of whitespace and formatting.

 Fixes #1956
