Comment:

 The frontend tuning paramaters error message doesn't mean anything with
 this card, it does not support this ioctl, but the MythTV scanner has a
 fallback for this.

 I'm going to need you to attach the entire output from
 "mythtv-setup -v channel,siparser,record" and the output from the atsc
 scanner in dvbutils scanning with the same frequency table.

 After you've attached those two logs please reopen the ticket.
