Comment:

 (In [10260]) Closes #1760. This change allows you to sort the various
 gallery views in various ways. Most importantly by date, which can make
 importing pictures easier.

 I didn't use the original patch because it only sorted one of the views;
 but I used the same selection of sort orders.
