Log:

Fixes a hue problem with S3 Savage XVideo hardware reported by Peter Kornhuld.

Also resets the "PlaybackHue" setting to '0' for people who have adjusted the hue before the various hue fixes went in, for these people the fixes appear to create breakage because their manual adjustment gets added to the normalizing adjustment.
