 My apologies, it is also necessary to 'svn revert
 libs/libmyth/mythdialogs.cpp' to back out the hunks that do succeed in
 that file.

 In other words, the patch includes changes to
 libs/libmyth/mythdialogs.cpp, some of which fail and none of which are
 needed in 0.20. They are only relevant for 0.19
