Log:

Add the first showing constrant to the First Episodes example in
Custom Record. Reorganize the examples a bit so they are gennerally
grouped by keyword then episode, time, station, category, movie
specific, then complete examples.

Slight optimization in mfdb. Generics are flagged before first and
last so use the 'generic' flag rather than identifying them again.
