 Can I jump in and say that I'm having the same problem, except I have
 never succeeded in getting livetv to display. I just upped the retries to
 25 and no difference.

 running 2.6.15, FX5200, FC4, Compro DVB-T200 card. SVN 8798.

 Frontend and backend logs can be supplied if needed, but they look very
 similar to those already posted by others.
