Log:

Clean up debugging and set reasonable defaults.

- turn off forced VB_AUDIO in avformatdecoder.cpp
- use VB_DATABASE for "Settings Cache" messages
- default AutoExpireLiveTVMaxAge to 1 day
- default CleanOldRecorded to 10 days
- refresh_today = true again if --max-days is 1 (was a regression)
