 I got this recording that appears to have 2 stream changes within the
 first few seconds.  When this video starts in the preview playbackbox it
 causes the frontend to crash.

 looks like the videobuffers are getting deleted by
 VideoOutputNull::InputChanged() in the decoder thread, but the playbackbox
 is still accessing them to generate images for the preview window.
