v0.19pre, 2006-01-  Rewrite the gdb debugging instructions. Start deleting
older cruft.  Update the real-time priority docs; they've changed the
parameter to "rtprio".  (I guess "rt_priority" took too long to type.)
Update link to pvrusb2 driver site - device might be useable by saying that
it's a PVR-x50.  Start putting notices that sections are going to be removed
in 0.20 if there are no updates.  sed for Mandrake -> Mandriva.  Re-enable
Debian build instructions.  Update ATSC / DVB stuff.
