Log:

v0.19pre, 2006-01-  Add "cont" to gdb instructions.  Put in a gdb example of
using a gdbcommands file.  Start deleting older cruft.  Update the real-time
priority docs; they've changed the parameter to "rtprio".  (I guess
"rt_priority" took too long to type.)
