Comment:

 (In [9189]) Allow running "mythcommflag --all --queue" to queue up
 flagging jobs for
 all recordings.  This also applies when start and end values for a time
 window are specified if for instance you only want to flag shows recorded
 yesterday.  Closes #1320.
