 [9063] breaks tuning to all channels of german ZDF-multiplex over DVB-C
 and DVB-T (and probably DVB-S which is as far as I know very similar to
 the DVB-C stream).

 The CRC check of the PMT fails. I suspect the size of the PMT as cause of
 this failure. The PMT is larger than one TS-packet. All PMT on the other
 multiplexes I checked were smaller (max 70 bytes).

 Attached patch fixes typo in CRC caching in PESPacket::AddTSPacket()
