Comment:

 (In [8981]) Since libdvdnav is now included, mythdvd can link against that
 instead of a separate libdvdread.  So, no need to conditionally compile
 any part of mythdvd.  Remove the related configure options, xml menu file
 munging, etc.

 You may need to distclean to get the .pro file changes to pick up.

 Closes #1297.  This goes further than the patch in the ticket.
