 just recently updated to 0.19 from 0.18.1, the new DVB tuning seems to
 have a bug where even when the signal strength is like 80-100% it gives
 the message "You should have gotten a signal lock by now....." if you just
 leave it there it will sit there forever and never actually get a signal
 lock. the tuning works fine, for the same channel(s) in 0.18.1.

 I saw that there were some similar sounding issues previously, but it
 looked like they have been resolved for a while. Im using a pchdtv hd3000
 card, which before this point never had any tuning problems with.
