 When I select the MPEG-decoder of the PVR350, the sound only gets out of
 the PVR350 and no longer through the sound card. Toggling the "TV-sound
 through PVR-350 only" on or off has no effect at all.

 Same behaviour with 0.18.1 and 0.19. Using ivtv driver 0.4.2.
