Comment:

 (In [8945]) Closes #1037, by applying patch.

 This adds support for the Dish Network's DiSEqC type switch. This switch
 does not use the DiSEqC protocol, but is supported by DiSEqC capable DVB
 cards when you use Linux Kernel 2.6.12 or later.
