Network Control changes:

Modify the "key" command to accept multiple keys on the command line, so you
can now enter key sequences like "key up up enter".

Add a new "query recording CHANID STARTTIME" command to list info about one
single recording in the recorded table.  Useful for finding out info about
what is currently playing without having to look down the whole list of 
recordings listed from the "query recordings" command.
