Refences #971.

 * Fix for negative playspeeds (abs)
 * Limit bitrate to [0.5,3.0] * raw bitrate, when we do FF 5x/10x we
   use seek so there is no point in trying to make the RingBuffer
   keep up with us; and we don't need to stop readahead when paused.
