Comment:

 I've attached an updated patch. This removes your existing firewire cards,
 so you will need to run MythTV setup to re-add them.

 This addresses problem #1 in the last TODO, it allows you to specify which
 Firewire STB to control with each recorder in both Linux and OS X.

 This also addresses #4, the STB model is detected for all known vendor and
 model IDs. This also adds a "Generic" channel changer which should work
 with an modern STB.

 All the other problems remain.
