Log:

This commit adds a new menu option to allow you to burn a created DVD. It is
usefull if you want to create another copy of a created DVD or if the burn 
failed and you what to try again with a different disc.

It also adds some status reporting by the script and by mytharchivehelper so
the UI knows whether the last run completed OK.
