Log:

Make it possible to add animated thumbnail images to the DVD themes. Adds
a couple of themes that use the new feature. Mostly based on the patch by
pholmes but with a few changes here and there.

It's advisable to go into MythArchive's settings pages to check the new 
jpeg2yuv setting is set appropriately.
