Log:

Closes #2542. this should fix the madagascar dvd menu selection issue.
basically check if the title menu exists, if not, then don't use it.
i'm closing #2542 even though problem (1), the "double" button issue,  
of the ticket is unresolved.
I don't know how to fix it, so if someone has a patch for it, please 
reopen the ticket and submit the patch.
