 (In [10979]) 1) Comment on my choice of 150Hz for displays we can't get
 the refresh rate of.
 2) Clear theCodec differently. Assigning it to NULL, isn't right
    because it isn't a pointer, but doing a memset(...,0,...) on it is a
 waste,
    because an ImageSequence is only a long.
