  * summary:  LiveTV browse should show channels on other inputs => LiveTV
              browse should show channels on other inputs on
              current card

Comment:

 Changing description so people don't get any funny ideas.  If people want
 browse mode to show all channels on all inputs they need to read the
 comments in #978 pertaining to why it is not desired and what work would
 have to be done to fully support that functionality.
