 The following happens in SVN (10665)

 (1) Make sure "Media Monitoring" is turned off
 (2) Start MythGallery
 (3) Enter a folder
 (4) Hit the "Esc" key

 Instead of returning to the folder list within MythGallery, MythGallery
 exits.

 Fix:  This happens since the MediaMonitor::GetMediaMonitor method returns
 null if Media Monitoring is turned off, and the IconView::HandleEscape
 method exits before "handling" the escape in this case.  The attached
 patch should fix this problem.
