 Mythtranscode doesn't delete the original file on transcoding.  There is
 an option in mythbackend to follow symlink on delete which is not honored
 in mythtranscode.

 There is already a patch for this in ticket #1661.  Although, I used the
 same code from mythbackend to follow the symlink.

 Including a patch to fix this (please review).  It works for me.
