 i recorded a program and wanted to write a small section of it to a dvd
 so i went in and set up a cutlist
 when i go into nuvexport i say use the cutlist and it ignores it
 when i go back into watch recordings i see that the cutlist has
 disappeared

 i've done this twice (albeit with the same recording)
 each time the cutlist disappears
