 Sorting of files (videos) in mythvideo is NOT case-sensitive in "Video
 Manager". It is case-sensitive in "Browse Videos", Video List" and Video
 Gallery".

 It should be NOT case-sensitive everywhere. AFAIR, so was it in 0.18.
