 Anyhow, maybe myth should then say that it cannot start the record instead
 of adding the entries to the database but not recording anything.

 I'm now building a new version and I patched the 3000ms timeout to 20000ms
 from libs/libmythtv/dvbsignalmonitor.cpp line 56 (int wait = 20000; //
 timeout when waiting on signal). Lets see if that helps.

 Btw. I did not find your mail-address.. :) Maybe I just don't know how to
 use trac.
