Comment:

 The original bug was filed against 7317 - however it only affected
 mythfrontend the first time it was run after the update.

 Somewhere between 7318-7334 the CPU load has again jumped 3-4x. I can't
 see why the changes Daniel has made cause this but the load figures speak
 for themselves. Whilst watching a recording CPU load is 85%+ compared to
 22%+ with 7317. Memory usage is also a little higher.
