 Hi,

 I have
 dvb1 is a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T PCI.
 dvb0 is a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T USB2.

 I'm on the WinterHill transmitter

 I have to up the timeouts on dvb0 to get it to lock, dvb1 works fine.

 I have 30000 and 10000 for the DVB card (i.e. 30secs... sometimes it can
 take 25-30s to lock... other times it takes 5s.... don't ask me why).

 You can prove it by using dvb-scan .. you have to use the "-5" option to
 increase the timeouts

 i.e.

 scan -5 -a 0 Uk-WinterHill

 to get a full scan, otherwise it will only get the first multiplex
