Log:

Modify the override button dialog for rsReocrding . When recording,
"Edit Options" and "Add Override" are replace with one button for
"Change Ending Time" which will add an override for any recurring
type or use the one-time rule options. Also, "Never record" and
"Clear Override" don't do much good after a recording has started.

The new button accomplishes three things, 1) lets the user know
that it is possible to change the endtime, 2) assures that the
change will be applied to a single showing if using this button,
and 3) cues the user that the endoffset is the only change to an
in progress recording that will have any immediate effect.
