 The includes/programs.php has become out of sync with
 <mythtv/programinfo.h>; "10" is incorrectly mapped to "Overlap" instead of
 "Inactive". The annoying side-effect of this is that the "Scheduled
 Recordings" page can't eliminate these inactive schedules from the
 display.
