 Now the USB 1.1 tuner isn't working either ; again, this tuner previously
 worked just fine. This one just says "Signal % no lock". Raising the
 timeouts does nothing.

 This is a Hauppauge DEC 2000-t.

 Since this now represents two-thirds of the tuners I have, this is
 something I am '''very''' keen to resolve. Largely my own fault because I
 didn't back up my database between version changes (oops). :-)
